This Mother’s Day, enjoy valuable mother-daughter bonding time with yoga followed by brunch! Support each other in fun yoga poses & learn simple massage techniques for relaxation. Creating the space for you to move, laugh and feel, reconnect with your mum in this lovingly crafted morning.
We have a delicious post-yoga brunch planned for you with our friends at AEIOU with a choice of vegetarian meals, tea, coffee and a raw vegan blueberry cheesecake for dessert!



$60 or two stamps from your class pass per mum & daughter for yoga only
$25 per person for brunch (a vegetarian meal option + raw vegan cake + coffee/tea), a la carte options are available for young children

About Ming Li

Ming Li is the resident Forrest Yoga teacher at Yoga in Common, and you will love her fun and authentic way of teaching. Ana Forrest, the yogini who created the style, was also one of the pioneers of partner yoga.

Ming Li continues to study under the mentorship of Forrest Yoga guardians and is continually inspired by the energy of the global Forrest Yoga tribe. She is also a certified Reiki 3 practitioner and does private bodywork sessions.


AEIOU is a café lifestyle store where nature, food and lifestyle comes together. They have a number of vegetarian + superfood options on their menu and we think the mix of cute metal sheep and upcycled artwork is gorgeous!
